Grounds/Landscape Maintenance

arts building

Mowing; tree trimming; the replacing of trees, shrubs and flowers; litter control; pest and weed control; and landscape construction are responsibilities of Grounds/Landscaping and General Services. During the winter, campus roadways, parking lots, sidewalks and walkways are kept free of ice and snow as resources and weather conditions dictate. These surfaces are also maintained via asphalt repairs and minor concrete work repairs. Observations of conditions involving hazards to pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic should be reported immediately. Reports and maintenance requests should be made to the Work Control Centre at 864-7600 or through campus e-mail,
