If you are involved in an accident, immediately seek medical attention. Then report the incident to Facilities Management and Enterprise Risk Management.

and Incident Reporting
It is essential to promptly
notify ERM of any and all of the following incidents:
- All accidents involving students, faculty staff, guests or visitors occurring on University property or occurring during a University event or activity;
- All automobile accidents involving University, rental or personal vehicles being used for official business;
- Any damage or theft to University property/equipment or on-loan/leased property/equipment;
- Any damage or theft to University property/equipment caused by a responsible third party;
- All fiduciary losses or suspected cases of employee theft, embezzlement, misappropriation of funds or computer fraud;
- Any claim or allegation of professional misconduct, harassment or other inappropriate behavior;
- Whenever someone threatens to take legal action against the University
