Structure
The Centre is directed by a Management Committee consisting of three to five members appointed from the departments of English, History, Folklore and Linguistics.
The Committee oversees the functioning of the unit, which is directed by Professor Emeritus William J. Kirwin.
The current members of the committee are:

- Gerard Van Herk (Linguistics)
Suzanne Power is the Centre Manager.
