Education's Own Dale Kirby Sworn in as MHA

After successfully claiming the seat of St. John's North in the October election, Faculty of Education professor Dale Kirby was officially sworn in as a member of the House of Assembly on November 10.
The NDP representative and specialist in post-secondary education was running for the second time, first since 1999, and unseated longtime Conservative member Bob Ridgley on his way to the win.
