LESS-STRESS: Student Support Group


University is full of new ideas, relationships and stresses! Group counselling helps people to make sense of their experiences, make changes and maintain changes. Improve your mental health and get the most out of your university degree by learning to manage stress through group counselling. Achieve your own personal goals and support others in this group for university students.

Where: Counselling Centre
When: Wednesdays 1-2pm weekly
How: Go to UC 5000 and say "Sign me up for Less-Stress"

Nervous about joining a group? Sometimes writing can help. The Less Stress Group is available online 24/7 between face to face meetings using D2L. Join the online discussion for a week or two=then meet the group in person.

There is no need to feel alone.
