Visitor Parking Request Form
The Parking Office requires a minimum notice of three business (3) hours to process Visitor Permit Requests. Please visit Parking Office Information for hours of operation. Inability to meet the minimum notice will require Visitors to pay for parking at a Pay & Display or metered parking space located throughout Campus.
Submission of requests does not guarentee a parking space. Demands of parking on the requested date will be taken into consideration before processing the application.
The hosting University Department, Faculty,or Unit may be contacted to confirm the requesting Visitors purpose and requirement for parking.

All information requested by Parking Administration will be used solely for the administration and management of the visitor parking program. Personal information is necessary for the visitor parking program and is used for the purposes of program administration and planning.
