Note: Only current faculty and staff may request network connectivity. All other clients needing network access are required to have their departmental representative submit the Network Service Request on their behalf.









The following types of information would be helpful:

  • Are you a new employee?
  • Are you getting a new machine?
  • Are you changing computers?
  • Are you moving offices and taking your machine with you to a new location?
  • Are you replacing another user at this location?
  • Will the computer be part of a teaching lab or multimedia classroom?
  • Is this a departmental server?
