Service Disruption - VoIP - Voicemail

C&C is currently experiencing service issues with voicemail from calls external to the VoIP phone system. Voicemail internal to MUN's 864 exchange is not affected. We are currently working on the issue and will have it resolved shortly. Clients having questions or concerns about this service disruption should check here for updates.

Update: Service disruption reported - 12:50 PM - June 13, 2011

Update: Current assessment has determined that this issue is also affecting calls internal to the 864 exchange. Our technicians continue to work on the issue. 3:30 PM

Update: Service restored as of 3:40 PM. Clients should note that queued voicemail will carry a 3:40 PM timestamp.
