Service issues with MUN portal - my.mun.ca

The Department of Computing and Communications is experiencing service issues with the MUN portal - my.mun.ca. Initial assessments seem to indicate that the system is experiencing unusually heavy use due to the large number of users accessing the service. We are presently working on this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly. We will be updating this website hourly with further information on this outage.

Update: Thursday September 9, 2010 - 4:00 PM

Due to unusually heavy user volume the my.mun.ca portal has been experiencing slow performance, time outs and channel load problems. Clients should note that upon logging into the portal they may be presented with a number of links to MUN services. This temporary workaround has been added in hopes of providing access to a number of essential services as we continue to work on resolving the ongoing performance issues.

We continue to work on resolving the ongoing my.MUN.ca performance issues caused by heavy user volume.
