C&C announces major service outage to address problems with MUNet

C&C has scheduled a major service outage to address known issues with the MUN network (MUNnet). Clients should note that this outage constitutes a total blackout of all C&C Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the MUN website, D2L, MUNet, research networks such as ACEnet and Canarie, Banner, the MUN Library, VoIP phones, internet access, wireless, and email. The scheduled outage period is as follows:

Service Outage Start Time – 10:00 pm - Saturday, May 5

Service Outage End Time – 6:00 am – Sunday, May 6

C&C is well aware of the far reaching implications of a service disruption of this magnitude. Our decision to proceed with this necessary maintenance has been made only with the long term stability and reliability of MUNet firmly in mind.
