C&C Advisory - Be aware of malware infected spam email
C&C has noticed a sharp increase in virus related spam email over the past few days. Emails appearing to be from Facebook, LinkedIn and CNN have been found to contain links that when clicked, result in serious malware infections. C&C urges its clients to use caution when web browsing, to avoid opening unexpected email attachments, to never click on links in spam email messages and never send any of your account passwords to anyone via email. If you find yourself needing to access or make changes to an online account, open your web browser and type the address directly into the address bar. It’s easy to do, and it will help keep your accounts secure and your computer virus free.
