Scheduled Changes to E-mail Services
• On April 7, a new channel will be launched in my.mun.ca for faculty and staff allowing you to manage elements of your e-mail at Memorial such as:
o Selecting a “nice” e-mail address
o Setting your “from” address to be used by Memorial’s Webmail and Exchange
o Consolidating your inter-campus e-mail accounts
o Providing access the web based version of your e-mail client.
• On April 2, the “change password rules” page will be modified to allow for more user friendly and informative changing of passwords.
• On April 7, C&C is also implementing a more proactive password expiry system. Please watch your e-mail inbox for expiry notifications.
