From Garden to Classroom Outreach Program

Offered 2009 - 2011

Would you like to help your students explore our natural world?

Would you like to bring our natural world into your classroom?

Would you like to incorporate more activity-based learning across the curriculum?

From Garden to Classroom Outreach Program
MUN Botanical Garden has been opening its gates to visiting schools since 1971. Thousands of school children, from Kindergarten to secondary students have received curriculum-based programs in science and other areas of study.

Thanks to funding from PromoScience, MUN Botanical Garden is available to visit schools and also offer teacher-training workshops. We'll be bringing our expertise and some excellent activities to supplement the curriculum and make learning fun!
