Harlow Field Courses

Biology at Harlow

The Biology department at Memorial University are planning to offer undergraduate courses at Harlow during May 2014. As previous years the time at Harlow for each course will be two weeks; students should be prepared to do preparatory work for the courses work for the courses and apportion time post-Harlow for write up of projects and reports.

B4910 - Vertebrate Diversity and Adaptation

B4911 - Field course in Applied Biology

The Scholarships Office now has scholarships available to students going to Harlow.

Tentative travel dates for those doing both B4910 & B4911: departing St. John's April 26th; returning from Harlow on May 24th. Pre-registration forms and all other information can be obtained soon by contacting either Shena Quinton (squinton@mun.ca) or Paul Marino (pmarino@mun.ca) or drop by the Biology General Office to put your name on the 2014 contact list. Don't wait!!! Spaces are limited!!! And, based on Undergrads from previous years, not only is it a great way to learn, it's a ton of fun!!!
