Anyone interested in participating should plan to get $250 of the $550 deposit to Shena as soon as possible, preferably before March 16th 2007; full deposit due at the latest by 30th March 2007. Once we know we have the minimum number of participants (five or six with a surcharge, see information sheet) or seven (no surcharge) we can recommend proceeding with airplane reservations: THERE ARE EXCELLENT FARES AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT AND IT WOULD BE GOOD TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE! SO, PLEASE MAKE YOUR COMMITMENT SOON.

COURSE WILL GO AHEAD
The deposit will of course be refunded if we do not achieve the
minimum number of participants for the course or the course has
to be cancelled because of non-availability of plane seats.
Currently cheap seats are available, which is why we would
appreciate early action on the deposits. Deposits will not be
refunded under any other circumstances.

Payments should be made to Shena Quinton in the Biology Office; she
will advise as to method and issue a receipt.
