Banner HR system implementation, ESS and paperless pay

The new HR information management system will allow employees easy and protected access to personal information through the confidential service called Employee Self Service (ESS).

This service allows you to access and view pay stubs; update personal contact information; view employee equity information; and access the employee assistance program through the portal.

Human Resources remains committed to providing quality service and accuracy as the transition to Banner HR is completed; your patience and cooperation is appreciated. It is always good practice to verify the accuracy of all data on ESS and you are encouraged to continue during this transition period.

If there is a discrepancy in payroll or leave information, notify HR immediately by phoning 864-7410 for service. In the New Year, all payroll information will be accessible online only.

There will be no more paper pay stubs issued. The Department of Human Resources is here to support the paperless transition.
