Request a Campus Card

Get your card through MY.MUN.CA *students and alumni only
* employees must visit a campus card centre in person to request a Campus Card. Click here for a list of locations.
Getting your card through MY.MUN.CA:
- Login to your my.mun.ca account.
- On the my.mun.ca homepage, select the "Student Services" or "Alumin Services" tab located on the toolbar on the top left of the page.
- When the tab is open scroll down to the lower portion of the screeen and you will see Campus Card Request Form
- Follow the instructions on each screen.
- If there is a problem please email campuscard@mun.ca
- Memorial University reserves the right to reject any photo it deems inappropriate or unacceptable.
