Processing your loan
Davis + Henderson staff now collect loans for multiple clients. Federal full/part-time loans for all provinces which includes Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Ontario and Saskatchewan as well as provincial loans from Nova Scotia, PEI and Alberta. The staff will also accept confirmation of enrollment forms for these loans at this kiosk.
Loans certificates that do not go to Canada Post in the absence of a kiosk on campus are Nova Scotia provincial loans (must be mailed to Resolve with valid SIN and government issued photo ID) and PEI provincial loans (must be mailed to Edulinx PEI with valid SIN and government issued photo ID). Federal and Alberta loans continue to go to a designated Canada Post outlet.
If visiting the kiosk, in addition to your SIN and banking information, students must have a government issued photo ID to present for verification. With regard to banking information, a void cheque in the student's name, or banking information in the student's name certified to be correct from the financial institution is recommended.
Please Note: In presenting your SIN information it can be the SIN card (preferred) but photocopies we will also be accepted, photo of the SIN card (for example on a smart phone), or any other government issued document that validates the SIN with the student (i.e. receipt from Service Canada when ordering a new SIN card, notice of assessment from income taxes).
Previous loan certificate with the kiosk or Canada Post stamp, we will not accept that as proof of SIN.
