Fees

Showcase registration includes three nutrition breaks and one lunch.

Registration

Participants are requested to pre-register for the Showcase. New registrations and payment will be accepted at the Registration Desk at the Showcase however, in order to provide sufficient seating, food service, and other resources, it is preferred that participants register and forward their registration fee by October 13, 2006.

To register

1. Print and complete the Registration Form [PDF, 21KB].
2. Fax the completed registration form to (709) 737-4635
   or
   Mail completed registration form to the address below.
3. Pay the registration fee. Payments postmarked on or before September 15, 2006 are eligible for the early registration fee of $75. We offer the following payment options and regret that we cannot accept credit card payments.
   • Cheque payable to Memorial University of Newfoundland mailed to the address below
   • Cash or cheque in person on the showcase date
   • For Memorial University faculty members and staff - MUN journal entry
     
     1. Obtain a completed journal entry form from the financial officer in your unit.
     2. Forward the original journal entry form with a completed registration form to Arlene Power at the address below.
     3. The AAU Showcase financial officer will insert the event account number on the journal enrty form and forward it to Financial Services. A copy will be returned to your department.

Refund Policy

1. Requests for refunds must be made in writing by fax, post, or email.
2. Requests received on or before October 13, 2006 will receive a full refund of the paid registration fee.
3. Requests received after October 13, 2006 will receive the paid registration fee less a $15 administration fee.
4. No refunds will be issued after the Showcase date, October 28, 2006.
