Cancellations and Amendments

All cancellations and amendments must be made through the site where you initially made your booking.

Cancellations and amendments must be made in advance of the arrival date (beyond that date, no refund will be payable).

MUN Guest Portal or www.mun.ca/stay

1. Go to our Guest Portal site and sign in using your email and password.

2. If you don't know your password, click the Forgotten Password link at the bottom of the Sign In page.

3. Click Modify/Cancel Reservation under My Portal Options on the side or click Reservations from the top menu.

4. Identify the reservation you wish to modify, select Modify, and proceed as instructed.

2. Enter your Booking Reference and Password

Your booking reference and password can be found at the top of your confirmation email.

3. Click Amend my Booking

Your booking number and PIN can be found in your confirmation email.

3. Click Go to your Booking and follow instructions.

To change a booking:

1. Sign in to view your bookings.
2. In Upcoming, choose the itinerary you wish to change.
3. In Manage Booking, select Change Reservation.
4. Select Edit for the change you wish to make.

To cancel a booking:

1. Sign in to view your bookings.
2. In Upcoming, choose the itinerary you wish to cancel.
3. Select Cancel Room.
