The Harris Centre held its 13th Regional workshop in Nain, Labrador April 20-22, 2010. The Nunatsiavut Government was the Harris Centre's planning partner for this workshop.

On the evening of Tuesday, April 20, there was a Memorial Presents which focused on tourism development in the region. The Regional Workshop took placeon Wednesday, April 21.

The four main themes for this workshop are:
- Business/entrepreneurial development
- Sustainable Communities
- Labour Markets
- Tourism
