We’re looking back to celebrate the people and the moments that made us who we are. And we’re launching forth with an ambitious vision for the future.

Funding

To mark this momentous occasion, Memorial University has established the 100th Anniversary Fund. This fund will support units across Memorial to celebrate our anniversary in ways that share the incredible breadth and remarkable range of our institution with the communities we serve.

Funding proposals should focus on the concept of “Looking Back, Launching Forth” in their planning and implementation. Plans could also consider the impact Memorial has had on our province or the world. And be imaginative. Proposals could also expand our anniversary theme in new and unexpected ways.

But no matter what, proposals should seek to engage with the wider university and public community. This celebration is for everyone.
