The President’s Golden Celebration recognizes alumni who are celebrating 50 or more years of graduation from the Memorial University. Hosted by Memorial University's president and vice-chancellor, this event takes place during MUNalum Days and is an invitation-only event. Attendees are treated to entertainment, a reception and the acceptance of their special 50 year pin. It's also a chance to catch up with old friends, reminisce about days gone by, have a few laughs and share some hugs.

This year, we welcome the class of 1974 into the fold while welcoming back all previous and/or missed pin recipients who would like to attend.  The event details are as follows:

• Date: Sunday, October 27, 2024
• Time: TBD
• Location: School of Music, D.F. Cook Recital Hall, 7 Phelan Road
• Parking: Free parking
