Metrobus Service at UC Temporary Change
From Sept. 9 to Oct. 18, 2019, the Metrobus pick-up and drop-off areas will be temporarily moved from the University Centre (UC) entrance to Arctic Ave. directly in front of the UC.
During the above noted time period, buses will stop on both sides of Arctic Ave. in front of the UC, rather than pulling up to the UC doors. All students, staff and visitors are directed to use the adjacent cross walks to access the UC from the new, temporary bus stops on Arctic Ave. Please see a map of the area here.
During this time, there will be no roadside vehicle parking on Arctic Ave. in front of the UC in the former Lot 16A. Metered parking in the UC parking lot will be maintained; however, there will be no through traffic possible as the west end of the parking lot will be closed. The UC loading bay area will not be affected and delivery access to the main and east entrances to the UC will be maintained.
