Arctic Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic between Sand Pits Road and Clinch Crescent from Apr. 30 to approximately Jun. 1, 2018. This is to facilitate construction of the Core Science Facility. Since the work being completed requires extensive excavation spanning the full width of Arctic Avenue, there will be no path for emergency or any other vehicles for the duration of this work. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained (please refer to map, click for a larger view of the map). Access to the Utilities Annex, the parking garage located at the corner of Arctic Avenue and Clinch Crescent, the National Research Centre and all MUN buildings on Arctic Avenue will be maintained.

Please note: Metrobus will suspend service to the University Centre for the duration of this work. DRL Bus lines will maintain service to the University Centre during the work.
