Know about required health insurance
All registered international students are required to purchase Memorial University's Foreign Health Insurance Plan
This insurance is effective the first day of the first month of your first semester. (Fall semester - September 1, Winter semester - January 1, Spring semester - May 1). If you will arrive before this date, arrange your own health insurance coverage from the first day you arrive until the effective date of Memorial University's Foreign Health Insurance.
