Supervisory Skills Development Program

The Supervisory Skills Development Program has been offered to Memorial employees for over 10 years. This program
consists of eight distinct components, with seminars relating to leadership and supervisory roles, communication and presentation skills, mental health first aid, personality at work, diversity awareness and much more.

The target group for this program is front line supervisors on the Managerial and Professional Staff (Bands 4-7) who provide leadership and supervision to others. Eligible participants are those who occupy such positions on a permanent, full-time basis and who are funded through operating budgets.

This program is not currently being offered.
