Developing innovative recruitment, hiring and retention practices is key to a diverse, inclusive and equitable organizational culture. This Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) webinar will highlight strategies to build a more inclusive hiring process, including job postings, interviews and hiring decisions, as well as strategies on retention and inclusive advancement.
