BIOL-4606/BIOL-7945 "Advanced Bioinformatics: Biological Data Analysis"
This course is intended for students who wish to acquire a practical knowledge to perform advanced data analysis in large-scale data sets. The aim of the course is to introduce the students to techniques and methods for processing, visualizing, analyzing, and learning classification models from large-scale data sets within an integrated programming environment (R).
