If living off-campus is your choice, there are residential neighbourhoods surrounding Memorial’s St. John’s campus where you can rent an apartment or house and make your own home cooked meals.
We make it easier for you by providing assistance to help you find a place and keep you connected to campus. The Off-Campus Housing Office serves students who commute to Memorial, including students in rental properties or living at home.
We provide help finding rental accommodations, signing lease agreements, understanding the Residential Tenancies Agreement and finding roommates.

As of January 1, 2018, Memorial's Off-Campus Housing Office will no longer be conducting site visits of properties listed on this website.
