Exams (for Faculty & Staff)
The Office of the Registrar oversees the development of the final exam schedule for all undergraduate and graduate exams at the St. John's and Grenfell campuses.
We aim to create a schedule that is student centric, reducing the number of conflicts and hardships put on the student. This process begins after the last day to add courses in each semester. How many exams we schedule. The schedule is normally released to students typically between the fifth and sixth week of the semester.

Comment that the guiding principle is to create a schedule that has the least number of conflicts and hardships for the students as possible, this is why we wait until after the add deadline before working on creating the schedule. UBC is an excellent example of wording.
