Modified Convening
The Conference and Event Services (CES) team has worked to adapt service offerings amidst COVID-19. In alignment with guidelines set by public health and Memorial’s Environmental Health and Safety team, a variety of adjusted convening services/offerings are now available through this unit.
Examples include:
• Hosting online events
• On-site events including: decreased capacities, enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitization,directional procedures and personal protective equipment guidelines.
• Hosting hybrid events - remote/on-site
Members of the CES team are now taking bookings for the Emera Innovation Exchange and Johnson Geo Centre on Signal Hill Campus. Email meet@mun.ca to discuss how we can help shape an event that is successful and safe for both you and your attendees.
