Site Builder is blank

Don't panic!

If you log into Site Builder and the editing area (or HTML editor) contains no content, it is likely a browser problem.

To solve this you can:

  • update your browser, or
  • switch browsers
Web Content Services supports the current versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari, as well as the previous two versions, or versions released in the last two calendar years.

If you updated your browser and tried multiple browsers but are still drawing a blank, submit a ticket through the Marketing and Web Request for Services form for help.
