Thank you for completing the arrivals form. Since you are fully vaccinated, please prepare the following information for your arrival.

1. Check to see if it is one of the approved vaccines.
2. Confirm that it has been at least 14 days since your last dose before you travel.
3. Check to see if you are eligible for a quarantine exemption (Please note that this is determined at the border when you arrive in Canada).
1. If you meet the eligibility criteria and will apply for a quaratine exemption, please inform selfisolation@mun.ca. 
   
2. You are still required to have a suitable quarantine plan even though you are seeking a quarantine exemption.
4. Develop your quarantine plan and check to see if it is likely to be valid.
