Space Planning and Administration
The Space Coordinator from each University unit should update relocation of space assignment to Departments, programs or individuals and changes in the space utilization in the space data via on line application (FM Space Forms). The Department of Facilities Management is responsible only for updates due to alterations in the physical layout or appearance of space and alterations to room numbering.
An on-site review of space will occur every year or as needed by the Manager of Space Planning and Administration. The purpose of the review is to gain a better understanding of room use and utilization.
Current utilization will be a factor when evaluating a request for additional space.
