Student support units on the St. John’s campus are offering remote services to students effective immediately. Students can book remote/phone sessions with staff in these offices. Contact details below:

Internationalization Office: Remote supports are available to students via email at email@example.com, through Facebook Messenger, and on Skype and Zoom videoconferencing. Immigration advising appointments can be booked on the Navigate for Students app, and questions on health insurance can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
School of Graduate Studies: Faculty and staff are working remotely. Along with other academic and service units, we are 100 per cent committed to helping you. If you are a graduate student and have any questions or concerns, please email email@example.com. We’ll get back to you in one business day. If your matter is urgent and you need a faster response, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Indigenous Student Resource Office: General concerns and questions may be directed to the manager of the Indigenous Student Resource Office, Valeri Pilgrim at email@example.com. The Indigenous student success coordinator, Tama Fost, is here to assist with navigating the academic system and answer questions about courses and registration. Writing Centre: An online tutoring service is available during the remote delivery of classes. For information on this service and to submit their work, students can go to https://www.mun.ca/writingcentre/services/distance/index.php. Please note that there may be a minimum 48-hour delay (2 business days) until a tutor is available.
