1. Apply to graduate
Graduation starts with a formal application.
In order to graduate you must apply to graduate regardless of whether you plan to attend convocation. Log onto Memorial Self Service to fill out the application for graduation.
2. Find your ceremony
Convocation will take place at the Arts and Culture Centre (see building here).
Online Convocation registration will be available.
Register to attend your convocation ceremony via Memorial Self Service. Even if you don't plan to attend, go online so arrangements can be made to send your parchment to you.
At the same time, book your academic dress rental and reserve guest tickets.
Students with pending status are encouraged to register to attend as it will guarantee your guest tickets.
4. Arrange accessibility accomodations
Students who require accessibility accommodations should contact the Convocation team directly at email@example.com. If any guests require accessibility accommodations, contact the Arts and Culture Centre ushering staff at 729-3650.
5. Prepare your family and guests
Share the details with your family and friends who will be joining you on your graduation day so they will know what to expect. For more information on parking, accessibility, and guest accommodations, please visit the Family section on this website for more details.
