1.Apply to Graduate
Graduation starts with a formal application.
In order to graduate, you must first apply to graduate regardless of whether you plan to attend convocation. Log onto Memorial Self Service to fill out the application for graduation. The deadline to apply to graduate is Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
2. Find your ceremony
Convocation will take place at the Civic Centre on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
Online registration for Corner Brook convocation will open March, 2020.
Register to attend your convocation ceremony via Memorial Self Service. Even if you don't plan to attend, please go online so arrangements can be made to send your parchment to you.
At the same time, book your academic dress rental and reserve guest tickets.
Students with pending status are encouraged to register as it will guarantee your guest tickets.
4. Arrange special need requirements
Students and guests requesting special accomodations should contact Marketing, Communications and Advancement at 639-6541, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. Prepare your family and guests
Share the details with your family and friends who will be joining you on your graduation day so they will know what to expect. Visit the Family section for more details.
