How to hang a quilt

Quilt Hanging Methods

The preferred method to hang the Peace by Piece quilts is the rod-and-sleeve method. Each quilt already has a sleeve sewn into the top of the quilt. The quilt can be hung by inserting a rod or dowel in this sleeve, then using wall brackets to hang the rod or dowel. Other methods may be required by the WW100 Steering Committee, depending on the proposed location. The committee has funds to pay for materials and labour, depending on the cost of the hanging method. Many websites exist that can provide excellent guides, such as this site.
