Conference and Banquet Menu
Our goal is to provide you with a healthy and tasty menu for the Living Memorial Conference so you can devote your energies to enjoying the conference. Our caterer is Red Oak Catering. If you have any food or drink sensitivities, please provide details in the space provided on the registration page or contact Douglas Ballam at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will provide Danish Pastries, Croissants & Muffins, and Coffee & Tea when you first arrive in the morning. Nutrition breaks will be provided on Saturday morning, afternoon and Sunday morning and will include coffee, tea and cookies.
Lunch will be provided for Saturday and Sunday and will include premier sandwiches, Market Garden Salad and soup. Additional details will be provided as the conference draws nearer.
The banquet, with keynote speaker Dr. Dean Oliver, will be a real treat. The banquet will feature a diverse buffet.
