Hamid Usefi
Dr Usefi got his PhD in 2006 from the University of Western Ontario. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of British Columbia for about four years.During his time at UBC he held an NSERC postdoctoral fellowship. He was awarded a MITACS NCE fellowship at the University of Toronto for a year before joining Memorial in 2011. Dr Usefi's research falls in non-commutative algebras, and more specifically Lie algebras and group rings, coding theory and cryptography. |
