A new interdisciplinary research group formed in Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing

AAC’s Mini Course on Combinatorial Group Theory will be delivered by Professor Mark Sapir from Vanderbilt University. 

The departments' next distinguished colloquium will be delivered by Professor Mark Sapir from Vanderbilt University titled Algorithmically Complicated Groups. 

The 2013 AARMS Mathematical Biology Workshop will be held at Memorial University of Newfoundland, July 27-29, 2013 in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Springer has recently announced that the ISS-2012 (that took place in Memorial University from July 16 to 18, 2012) Proceedings Volume On Longitudinal Data Analysis Subject to Measurement Errors, Missing Values, and/or Outliers, as Lecture Notes in Statistics, Vol. 211, will be released on May 1. 2013.
