The Department of Computer Science invites applications from individuals interested in teaching Computer Science 3724 in the Winter 2013 semester.
Subject to budgetary restrictions and sufficient enrolments, appointments will be made on a course by course basis and will not entail any obligation to conduct research or to perform any administrative service for Memorial University. Appointments will be made in accordance with the provisions in the MUN-LUMUN Collective Agreement. Course design and evaluation methods for all courses will be in accordance with the Department of Computer Science regulations and the Memorial University Calendar.
Course Title: Computer Organization (COMP-3724)
Course Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 – 10:15 (slot 17)
Campus Location: St. John’s Campus
Course Description: Computer Organization can be studied at the digital logic implementation level, the instruction set architecture level and the translation of programming languages to the underlying machine instruction level. This course studies computer organization at these levels.
