The Master of Employment Relations (M.E.R.) is a multidisciplinary program providing advanced level study of all aspects of the employment relationship.

The M.E.R. program is offered by full-time or part-time study and involves 36 credit hours of course work. Full-time students are expected to complete all program requirements within two years. The following regulations must be read in conjunction with the General Regulations of the School of Graduate Studies of Memorial University of Newfoundland.
