About the Archive
The Maritime History Archive collects and preserves documents relating to the history of maritime activities in Newfoundland and Labrador and throughout the North Atlantic world.
The Archive is located in the Henrietta Harvey (Mathematics) building on the campus of Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Archive is open to the public Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
The Archive has five archivists on staff.

*Please ensure that your e-mail account has been set up to allow e-mails from unfamiliar e-mail addresses. We have had a number of clients, particularly those using Hotmail, who have either not received our e-mails or have had our e-mails go directly to their Spam/Junk mail folders.
