Memorial alumni and friends are invited to an evening of dessert, candy and chocolate making with award-winning chef Bob Arniel of Chef to Go. Learn how to make delicious chocolate truffles, chocolate ganache cups, pastry chocolate butterflies and chocolate paté with raspberry sauce and crème anglaise. Participants will get to sample these creations and at the end of the evening take home a box of chocolate truffles and ganache cups for that special someone.
This event is organized by the Office of Alumni Affairs and Development, Memorial University of Newfoundland.
