SUBJECT:	Public lecture on medical ethics

The sixth annual Newfoundland Medical Board Medical Ethics Public Lecture will take place Friday, Dec. 10, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in Lecture Theatre A of the Faculty of Medicine, Health Sciences Centre. The speaker is Dr. Nuala Kenny, professor in the Departments of Bioethics and Pedicatrics and Dalhousie University and the topic is Assessing Professional Competence: Impossible Dream or Hard Reality?
