The School of Social Works diversity committee and continuing education committee invite the public to join them for a workshop with Helen Kennedy, executive director, and Susan Rose, chairperson, of Egale Canadas education committee, on Tuesday, May 1 from 12-1:30 p.m. in the Chapel, School of Social Work, St. Johns College, Prince Philip Drive. Tea and coffee will be served.
Come hear about the findings of Every Class in Every School, the first national climate survey on homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in Canadian schools. Learn tips to help make your environment safe and inclusive.
Egale Canada is a national lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) human rights organization advancing equality, diversity, education, and justice.
Free parking will be available in area 22. To access this lot, take Morrissey Drive by the Earth Science building and follow it past the Business Administration building until you come to lot 22 on the right.
