Due to the scheduled removal of a quantity of unidentified chemicals from Memorial’s Education Building on Saturday, Feb. 27, the Queen Elizabeth II library will experience a delayed opening.
The library will open its doors at 12 noon.
As a precautionary measure, Irwin’s Road and Pedagogue’s Close will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic beginning at 6:45 a.m.
Parking lots 4 and 18 adjacent to the Education Building will be closed while the chemicals are removed.
The university expects that the Education Building and the campus roadways will be reopened by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27.
