Phelan Road on Memorial's St. John's campus will be closed beginning June 20 and will remain closed until July 12. There will be no thoroughfare on Phelan Road connecting Livyers Loop (by the university residence complex) to Parking Area 15 (by the Music Building) and Burton's Pond Road. This closure is necessary to facilitate the required rerouting of an existing sanitary sewer line. Drivers are asked to plan alternate routes to get through campus. The university is placing road closure notification signage along Russell Road, Burton's Pond Road, and Livyers Loop. We appreciate your patience while this important work is being done.
